Noshua and Keesha are hands down a great massage therapy team! Noshua completed the essential back scrub massage and it was absolutely awesome. I’ve never had a massage that felt so wonderful and necessary. I fell asleep and awoke feeling so rested and my back hasn’t felt itchy at all. I will be returning for her services and she’s a kind soul. Thank you Noshua! Keesha completed a lymphatic massage and let me tell ya, this was therapeutic too! Keesha was knowledgeable about this process. I had not had this experience before. It felt so great and was good for a detox. Thank you Keesha and I will be returning for this service again. Spa Botanical at the Embassy Suites, you are fortunate to have these two therapists at your entity! Wonderful ladies!

I visited this spa this past weekend while I was a guest at the Embassy Convention Center in Concord, NC. This spa is a very nice hidden gem! They’ve been here for 7 years and I never knew about it. They are clean and very accommodating. After checking in, you’re taken to the locker room that is nicely decorated and given a plush robe and slides to change in. After changing, you wait in the lounge. It’s clean, quiet and the aroma of diffusers fill the air to the sound of a beautiful water fall. It’s dimly lit and tranquil music plays while you wait. Then after a few minutes you’re taken to a room for your service. There’s a jacuzzi in the room and large massage tables awaiting you. The sheets and blankets are plush and warm. It’s easy to relax in there. I scheduled a Swedish massage and added the sea salt hot rocks. Before your appointment, they have you complete an intake form to let the therapist know of any conditions they need to be made aware of. I had Jennifer as my massage therapist and she was great! She had gentle hands but put pressure on my muscles like I needed. After the 60 min massage, I went into the sauna to detox because she said it helps with inflammation. They served a glass of wine and bottled water. They also have fruit and teas. It was a great experience and they’re all so thoughtful. It’s a great place to go unwind if you want a one-time session or you can sign up for membership that’s $80/month. Plus, you don’t have to be a guest at the hotel to visit the spa. I’m definitely going back!

Ally was absolutely amazing. I got a Swedish 80 min massage and it was the best ever. Massages aren’t my favorite, but I decided to try it one more time. She made me feel so comfortable and she was very welcoming and kind. Her services were amazing. She focused on the areas I wanted more, while still being able to give the full body massage. She had the perfect amount of pressure while still being gentle. I couldn’t have asked for anything better after a rough week. Thank you!!!

I had a phenomenal experience with my prenatal massage! The staff were all exceptionally kind and polite, which really made me feel relaxed. There are a variety of snack and drink options available while you wait, including several types of tea and coffee, which was a huge plus as an always-hungry pregnant lady. It was awesome not having to leave the hotel to feel pampered. If I'm ever in the Charlotte/Concord area again, I would definitely book here again!

Lisa's facial was not only efficient but also indulgent, featuring a thorough application, a leisurely pace, and delightful extras like neck, hand, and foot massages. The added touch of hot towels and the option for wine elevated the experience. Highly recommended! 10/10! I am recharged! I love this spa! I love that they offer the luxury experience with plush robes, lockers, and slides! They also have snacks, and tea to enjoy between services. I enjoyed my massage, but the facial gave me life!!!!

I’ve been a guest of Spa Botanica for over 15 years, and it continues to be exactly what a great spa should be. From the atmosphere to the service, every experience is consistently exceptional. All of the services are fantastic, and it truly feels like a place where relaxation and care are the priority. This past Friday after work, I treated myself to a massage with Keisha, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment the service began, she made me feel completely relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely well cared for. Her skill, professionalism, and calming presence turned my visit into exactly what I needed after a long week. Once again, Spa Botanica delivered a wonderful experience. It remains my go-to spa and a place I trust for outstanding service every single time.

Our January ritual has always been to start the year with a massage and a spa treatment and small but mighty Spa Botanica delivered!! Our couples visit included a body scrub,a bath and a massage. Our services exclusively used Farmhouse Fresh products, a brand I was keen to try! We were greeted and quickly brought to the spa area which was clean and well stocked with robes,slippers,tea,coffee and water. Our therapists Keisha and Jennifer were absolutely warm and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and dear husband said it was one of the best massages he's ever had!! The products left our skin feeling very pampered and hydrated. We would definitely encourage anyone staying at the hotel or just in the area to take advantage of Spa Botanica and Farmhouse Fresh Skincare

My wife and I recently enjoyed massages at Spa Botanica in Concord, NC, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt like royalty. The spa is impeccably clean, modern, and exudes a 5-star atmosphere. Every area, from the entrance and locker rooms to the refreshment and waiting areas, was designed for comfort and luxury. But the highlight was definitely the massage itself. My massage therapist, Noshua, was amazing! She exceeded my expectations with her Swedish massage, and her kneading technique was exactly what I was looking for. If we're ever in the Concord area again, a return visit to Spa Botanica is a must. If you want a truly fantastic massage experience, I highly recommend this spa!
